Administrative Rule Adopted by Private for Hire Transportation Board of Review Pursuant to Rule-Making Authority

A. Notwithstanding 16.40.040.A, the first term of the board positions 16.40.040.B.3, B.5, B.7, B.9, B.11 and B.13 will expire on December 31, 2010. Thereafter, those board positions will expire on December 31 of every even-numbered year.
B. Notwithstanding 16.40.040.A, the first term of board positions 16.40.040.B.2, B.4, B.6, B.8, B.10, B.12 and B.14 will expire on December 31, 2011. Thereafter, those board positions will expire on December 31 of every odd-numbered year.
